Brazilian forward Vinicius Junior scored a hat-trick, while former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Modric gave three assists in the first half.
Modric was at his best for Madrid against a Levante team who were relegated as a result of the outcome of the match.
The Croatia international midfielder may be 36 years of age now, but he is an evergreen footballer who is going strong as ever.
Modric has scored two goals and given eight assists in 24 La Liga starts for Madrid this season.
The Madrid no. 10 has given four assists in 11 Champions League starts for Los Blancos this campaign.
