Devotion is an upcoming American action war drama film written by Jake Crane and Jonathan Stewart and directed by JD Dillard. Based on Adam Makos’ epic book of heroism, friendship and sacrifice that relives the comradeship between Jesse Brown and Tom Hudner during the Korean War, the film stars Jonathan Majors, Glenn Powell, Christina Jackson, Joe Jonas, Nick Hargrove, Spencer Neville and Thomas Sadowski. .

In March 2018, Black Label Media acquired the rights to Bhakti, with Glenn Powell joining the cast of Tom Hudner. In December 2019, it was announced that Jonathan Majors had been cast as Jesse Brown and JD Dillard was set to direct. In September 2020, it was announced that Sony Pictures would distribute in the United States, while STXinternational would handle international sales and direct distribution in the United Kingdom and Ireland. In February 2021, Serinda Swann was cast as Elizabeth Taylor. Principal photography began on February 4, 2021 in Savannah, Georgia and also took place in Charleston, South Carolina. Filming took place in Wenatchee, Washington. Filming also took place in Statesboro, Georgia from March 17 to April 13, 2021 at the Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport.

Aircraft used in production included several F4U Corsairs, an AD Skyraider, an F8F Bearcat, a rare HO5S-1 helicopter and a MiG-15. A modified L-39 Albatros trainer was used as an air-to-air camera platform.
