Colors Bangla Live
Colors Bangla, formerly known as ETV Bangla, is an Indian general entertainment pay television channel broadcasting in the Bengali language. It was launched in 2000 as ETV Bangla owned by Hyderabad-based ETV Network. It was later sold to TV18 and rebranded under Colors.
The channel telecast Filmfare Awards East 2017. The channel was rebranded under the Viacom18 Colors franchise on 1 April 2015. Colors Bangla launched their HD channel from 2 May 2016 with the HD version of Colors Kannada and Colors Marathi. 30 Aug 2021 6:30 PM IST, due to Janmashtami it re-branded and introduced new graphics after almost 5 and a half years, where it is not only pink but also purple, and the wordmark ‘Bangla’ is now white instead of red and red is ‘ Bangla’ wordmark boundaries. The channel changed its tagline to ‘Natun Shopna Rong’.
