Who is iO Tillett Wright?

Apart from Raquel, one name that people got to hear during the trial was iO. iO, who identifies as gender-neutral, is a photographer whose works have been showcased on various platforms.

While iO was Heard’s friend, as per People, the photographer was also close to Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose Depp. Lily was also used in iO’s Self Evident Project.

There are chances that some people might have seen iO as the photographer accompanied Catfish‘s Nev Schulman in the MTV show Suspect.

Why was the trail on a break?

The trial took one week break because Judge Penney S Azcarate had previous engagements that she had to attend. Due to this, there was a 7-day hiatus.

Prior to going on a week’s break, Heard had taken the stand to showcase her side of the story. With the trial resuming on May 16, Heard proceeded to continue her story with the cross-examination also starting.

The trial is set to conclude on May 19. The verdict will be determined by the jury which means it could be hours or days before we find out the results.
